What Sets Us Apart
While religion majors pursue many different vocations, TCU's Church Vocational Grant awards significant financial assistance (up to half-off tuition)—regardless of denomination—to students preparing for careers as ordained clergy, church musicians, directors of religious education, or pursuing other forms of full-time religious leadership positions.
All TCU undergrads take at least one religion course during their academic journey—as 探索. Our department offers courses delving into the origins and impacts of many faiths, and we encourage you to discover more about whatever facet of religion that captures your interest.

宗教 majors and minors enter the workforce with a global understanding, an appreciation for diversity, and the cultivated analytical skills that will serve you well in a wide range of careers. Our graduates have gone on to rewarding work not only as ministers, pastors and chaplains, but also as attorneys, doctors, social workers, teachers, non-profit directors and FBI intelligence officers. Many of our students choose to combine their study with a second major or minor, such as Business, Nursing, Political Science and 刑事司法.
Our program is also exceptional preparation for graduate school. TCU religion majors have gone on to pursue advanced degrees at some of the world’s most prestigious universities, including Harvard, Yale and Columbia.
